Our experienced LVN or RN assists with monitoring individual clients’ health status and consulting with medical professionals regarding medication prescriptions, medication changes, and health education to help our clients understand their medical needs.

We assist individuals residing in their own homes, group homes, adoptive family, or individuals receiving foster care services.

Our competent and experienced physical therapy team provides support in the treatment or management of physical disability, malfunction, or pain through exercise, massage, hydrotherapy, etc., without the use of medicines, surgery, or radiation.

Support is based on engagement in meaningful activities of daily living to facilitate and encourage participation in activities despite physical and mental challenges.
